On Demand Over-the Phone Interpretation Service Request
You can request our telephone interpretation service even without prior booking by calling telephone no. 416-479-0728. Since this is likely a situational need, we ask you for basic information about the assignment: language / dialect (to and from English) to be interpreted, and the subject matter. Depending on the situation, we may ask for your contact information.Rate Confirmation & Payment Pre-Approval
You provide credit card details and approve eventual payment for an initial 30-minute interpretation service plus any additional service rendered, subject to availability of appropriate interpreter. Please refer to our rates for on demand phone interpretation service.For frequent user clients who have an account with us, all you have to do is to quote your account number and user ID.
Interpreter Search and Confirmation
We will search our database for a suitable telephone interpreter who is available to provide you with service there and then. Upon finding a suitable interpreter, we will provide you with a conference bridge number and password for you, your client / phone partner, and the interpreter to call in and start the conversation. The session will be initially booked for 30 minutes. An extension is subject to availability of parties involved.If we are unable to find a suitable interpreter within 30 minutes, we will advise you and you will not be billed. You could let us know if you want us to try again at a later time or date.
Interpretation
You and your client / phone partner call into the conference bridge number and provide password when prompted. Identify yourselves. The interpreter will call in as well. Consecutive interpretation will be provided by the interpreter.Service Duration Confirmation
The duration of the interpretation service will be based on the time the interpreter attends the telephone conference to the time of his/her exit. In case of any dispute, the conference bridge log will be used to determine the duration of telephone interpretation provided.Final Payment
If the actual service hours rendered exceed 30 minutes, then we will charge your credit card for the total time, with extra time based on 10-minute increments. When you provide us with your credit card information, it means that you understand and you agree to our payment terms.Feedback Form Completion
If we have your contact information, we will send you a service evaluation form at the end of the assignment, which you are requested to complete and return to us.Process, Personnel and Service Review
