Over-the-Phone Interpretation Services
Interpretation Solutions (I.S.) offers over-the-phone interpretation services for 130 languages and dialects. You can make use of this convenient service both for scheduled meetings with clients from different locations, as well as on-the-spot situational needs that arise.

Service Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Interpreters: Our interpreter pool consists of certified, accredited and experienced professionals who are native speakers of the languages/ dialects they interpret in. They are both linguistically and culturally proficient, and cover a wide range of specialties including legal, business, medical and other fields.
Rates:
Pre-booked: First 30 minutes for CAD $43.00, additional 10-min. increments $15.00 @
On Demand: First 30 minutes for CAD $55.00, additional 10-min. increments $19.00 @

Booking Procedure:
Pre-booked Assignments: Complete Interpretation Service Request Form or Contact Us to provide us with your requirements. Booking is confirmed via signing of job sheet and pre-payment.
On Demand Assignments: Call tel. no. 416-479-0728 to request language/dialect and advise subject matter to be interpreted. Provide credit card information. We will locate a suitable telephone interpreter for your needs.
All our over-the-phone interpretation services are provided via conference bridge number 416-479-0868. (Press “8” when the auto-attendant comes on.) You, your client(s), and the interpreter will be given a password to access the conference bridge. The actual duration of the call will be logged for payment calculation.

Cancellation Policy:
For pre-booked assignments, client cancellation or rescheduling with less than four days’ notice will be subject to penalties and administrative charges. In the event that a suitable interpreter cannot be found for an assignment, I.S. will not charge you. For on demand phone interpretation service, cancellation within 15 minutes of service order will be subject to administration charges.
